The Marine Corps League preserves Marine Corps traditions and brings Marines and Navy FMF corpsmen together in service and fellowship. Detachment 1280 connects the North Georgia community through veteran support and remembrance.
Post 149 serves veterans and the wider Pickens County community. Its work brings local veterans together for fellowship, assistance, and community service within The American Legion.
DAV helps veterans and their families connect with support and advocates for those affected by military service. Pickens County Chapter 47 is the Jasper chapter listed by the Department of Georgia.
Jasper’s Sequoyah Chapter is part of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. The chapter promotes historic preservation, education, and patriotism, and welcomes people interested in learning about DAR membership and its community work.
